An unlikely pair develop a cellphone disrupter technology, called (5)tream, capable of inducing a short term seizure to anyone answering the call.  Paralyzed, but aware, the victim can only watch as the two stream live on the web their artistic acts of eroticism, parading around their victim in masks.  Only one of their victims turns out to be a highly sought after Russian operative, whose uploaded video gains the attention of NSA.  Now, both the Russians and NSA want the technology for their own.
